ACCESSIBILITY
Considering that one of the fundamental rights of people with disabilities is Universal Accessibility for full inclusion in society, La Lliga works on a broad range of aspects to achieve one of its main objectives: to collaborate in implementing full universal accessibility in Catalonia in general, and in the Tarragona regions in particular.
From this term, the idea of designing an environment suitable for the maximum number of people, in conditions of comfort, safety, and equality, emerges. This program is one of the subprograms that make up the entity’s Annual General Program.
La Lliga works continuously by adding and updating content, materials, and information gathered by the monitors who visited and assessed the accessibility of a series of previously selected items, with a focus on enhancing:

OTA (Oficina Tècnica d’Accessibilitat)
Technical Office for Accessibility and Support for Personal Autonomy.

Informative website on the accessibility of spaces.

Awareness campaigns about reserved parking spaces.

The League provides users with the ACCESCAT platform, which offers information on the accessibility of public services and private services for public use. It also serves as an interactive space for users to share information about the accessibility of spaces they are required to use, as well as others related to leisure, tourism, and culture.
The beneficiaries of the interactive Accescat Guide are people from all over Catalonia, or those traveling to the region, who need to know the accessibility features of different locations and visit the website to obtain this information.
